• مشاريع درء أخطار السيول وتحسين شبكات تصريف مياه الأمطار بعد سنوات من المعاناة.

• إعادة تأهيل الطرق والمحاور الرئيسة بما يسهم في تخفيف الازدحام وتحسين السلامة المرورية.

• مشروع إحياء جدة التاريخية للحفاظ على المباني التراثية وتحويل المنطقة إلى وجهة ثقافية وسياحية.

• تحسين المشهد الحضري عبر إزالة التشوه البصري، وتطوير الحدائق والميادين العامة، وزيادة الرقعة الخضراء.
